I do work on personal work inbetween commissions, please don't assume I'm not working on yours. I do bounce between commissions as well. I don't work in batches, but I do try and finish older commissions before new ones after they are sketched.

Please do keep in mind that I may adjust colors if needed. Final colors may appear different from work in progresses as well due to lighting, shading, and filters.

I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork to my social media and websites, unless discussed otherwise. If an NDA is dicussed or due to a debut, I will not post. Discuss this beforehand so no accidents happen.

All purchases are in USD, unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is made through Paypal, or using VGen.

Unless discussed otherwise, full payment is made upfront. If you feel uncomfortable with this after discussing this with me, I have an option for 50/50 - half upfront and half after a sketch is provided.

Payment plans are possible. I will not work past the sketch phase unless half payment is made. Payment plans will begin from $100+. After full payment is made, I will contuine the piece.

If the commission has a specific deadline that I am notified of in advance, a rush fee at may be placed by my discretion. If you need your commission done by a specific deadline you must tell me in advance, I will not work within a 1 month timeframe.

You may cancel your commission prior to payment without repercussions.

No refund is available beyond the lineart phase or final stages of the commission.

12% of the total commission cost is non-refundable once the work has begun. A full refund is applicable if no work has been sent to the client.

You forfite the right to the commission if provided a refund. All files will remain mine unless discussed.

I will refund a certain percentage based on how much work I have done. Meaning, if I've begun the commission you will not receive a full refund.

If I decide to issue the refund, I will contact you to discuss about a refund/compensation.

Attempted refunds or charge-backs without prior discussion will result in a blacklist.

I am very open to communicating my time with you. I do not have a set work schedule. I TRY to work Mon-Fri but due to a lot of outside forces, this may not be the case everytime.

If something comes up, I will do my best to let you know if I'm taking a break or if I'm going to be working slower. I commonly update my status on Discord if something is coming up before I have time to message clients.

For an overall turnaround time is 4-6 months depending on the request. Sometimes stuff may happen that extends this, which in that case I will try and keep you updated on everything.

Delayed responses to my questions/wips will cause me to extend the original delivery date. This rule is not to put pressure on you, it's to ensure I have the right amount of time to work on a commission.

When reaching out to me, be preapred to have a conversation on your request. I always have tons of questions to try and gauge what the client is looking for. The more details you provide, the quicker I can begin on the commission!

Having references, moodboard, pose ideas, a stick drawing etc. will be super handy and super helpful in the conversation. There MUST be at least one clear DIGITAL reference for me to use for the commission.

Payment must be made within 48 hours or the commission will be placed on hold. If no payment is made within 72 hours, the commission will be cancelled completely. If more time is needed, please discuss it with me!

Sketches can take up to 3 weeks to receive depending on the commission request! I always try to have them within 2, but sometimes they may take 3!

I will provide several work in progress shots. You may request revisions within those stages, but I will not do free revisions later in another stage.

If there is a lack of communication for a month, I will progress to the next stage of the commission without approval. 🆕

I allow unlimited revisions (in accordance with each step) within reason. If I feel as if a client is purposefully abusing this, I will begin to charge extra for any further revisions requested.

I rather you be happy with the commission you paid for, so I very much encourge revisions or edits! Please don't be afraid to ask. If you're on a budget I still wish for you to receive a commission you're happy with, please do talk to me!

I'm happy to provide files that are unwatermarked, no text, filterless, etc. upon request. Otherwise, you will receive a watermarked verison.

You do not have permission to use your commission commerically if you did not discuss and pay for that beforehand.

Each discussion will be handled case by case depending on the art and request.

Commercial licenses for commissions can be discussed with me and will be handled separately from regular commissions. If you plan on using your commission for anything commerically related, you must disclose this to me beforehand. Commercial licenses will be given in explicit written agreements.

Every piece of work is ASSUMED to not be commerical work. All products are assumed to be digital. No physical product will be given unless discussed otherwise.

All design commissions will require some sort of moodboard, reference board, pintrest board, etc. for me to begin. I will not work off of a written description only. If you are unable to find references, I will happily try to with your input and help.

Do NOT bring me someone else's character(s) with the intent of asking me to repurpose them for you. There's a difference to providing the image as a reference for a design aspect you enjoy, to providing the image wanting the character directly just changed for you.

Design Commissions all take longer than standard commissions. Sometimes there may be more sketches than normal, which I'm okay doing. If it seems like this is being abused, I will begin to charge for revisions. After the 2nd new sketch, we may need to rediscuss the commission to see eye-to-eye.

Once sketches are approved, I will do a rough idea of the colors for those to be approved. Providing exact colors you want would make this part easier and quicker!

After sketches and approval of colors, I will start lining the piece. Details will be more obvious here. If any detail may need a seperate drawing on the reference, I will provide it.

There is extra charges when it comes to custom tattoos, bags, jelwery etc. If something is simple enough, I may not charge extra for it.

Tattoos that are deemed custom will come on a 1000 x 1000 canvas. This is the same for custom symbols. Depending on the complexity of these, there may be an upcharge.

I am happy to provide addtional designs zoom ups for free. I tend to do these anyways to have a better reading of the design, which unless we discussed there is no need to pay for these, take it as a gift!

I am happy to do any design edits for you after the commission is finished, such as skin tone color change, hair change, adding a scar, tattoo, piercings etc.

I do not like my art edited and would prefer if I can edit it myself. Please feel free to contact me and discuss this with me.

I understand stuff happens with a character you wish to reflect. For a small fee I may be willing to do bigger edits. Especially the case for scars since I enjoy drawing them so much, I might do them for free!

I am happy to consider doing outfits for a custom design for a cheaper fee once a body is made. Feel free to reach out and discuss this with me! Sometimes the price for an outfit can be lower than standard due to this!

I may provide a discount if I previously designed a character for any future updates if you are ordering a new outfit, a very different look etc. This isn't always, and please do not ask about this!

Please don't sell for more than you bought it for me, unless additional art is added on. Don't slap a random doodle to it then price higher.

Any freebies I provide or do for you, I ask you don't add that to the price either.

I will not do certain designs if I feel they sexaulize something I'm uncomfortable with or disrespect something I'm uncomfortable with.

I ask only for a simple credit somewhere once you upload the design somewhere. Feel free to show me any art as well you get!
